JOB TITLE:                   Real Estate Finance Solicitor  
PQE:                              2 to 4 years
LOCATION:                   Manchester
SALARY:                       Up to c£60,000 DOE
 
THE ROLE:
This firm’s Real Estate Finance team is one of the largest in the North West and is comprised of legal professionals that are all experts in their field. The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be required to draft / approve draft security documentation, undertake thorough title due diligence and raise appropriate enquiries and monito / approve responses from the borrower’s Solicitor and review facility letters and offers of finance. The appointed Solicitor must also be able to interpret, understand and explain special conditions of such offers, review valuation reports and identify issues to be considered and satisfied.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors who have between 2 and 4 years’ experience in Real Estate Finance work. Candidates wishing to be considered for this role must have the ability to draft Reports on Title to lender clients, identifying appropriate disclosures. Good working knowledge of Land Registry procedures and company law / Companies House procedures to include registration requirements is essential in order to be successful in this role. Knowledge of regulated and unregulated lending transactions would also be an advantage.
