Litigation Solicitor / Fee Earner - Dispute Resolution

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a friendly legal practice who are now seeking a technically able and commercially aware Litigation Solicitor / Fee Earner 2 + PQE to join their growing dispute resolution team.

The firm handles matters across the full range of work types including property disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, disputed wills and inheritance, regulatory and professional disciplinary matters as well as defective goods and services. The work is challenging and rewarding and the team places a high value on mutual support and co-operation.

This is really unlike any other firm in terms of development, progression and variety of work.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Ultimately reporting to the Partner and Head of Department, you will be a core part of the team and will be fully involved in the claim types detailed with a focus on contentious probate. You will be encouraged to undertake business development and will have the opportunity to grow the department.

Skills/Competencies and Experience required:

• Intellectual curiosity, commerciality and practicality
• Ability to deal flexibly with a wide range of work types, work sources and clients
• Confidence to take responsibility for cases
• Excellent communication skills
• Civil/commercial litigation experience
• Capable of working with a case management system.
