A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading regional law firm for a 3+ PQE Private Client Solicitor, to work on a full time basis, for a Private Client department based in Witney, Oxfordshire.
 
The Firm
This is an established, successful practice with strong ethics, corporate governance and a passion for developing their staff with ongoing training and support. The firm has continued to grow over many decades whilst maintain outstanding levels of client service.
 
The Role
The Private Client Solicitor will be based in Witney and will be required to undertake a mixed case load on Tax & Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and Probate. Their will be an opportunity to work with more experienced lawyers in the department from other office locations, if required.
 
The Candidate
A qualified Private CLient Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE. The successful Private Client Solicitor will be required to develop new business and with have good interpersonal skills, be well organised, be able to work to deadlines and use a case management system.
 
Salary dependent upon experience.
