Our client enjoys a well-established and prestigious reputation in the region. Based in North Cheshire, the role is commutable from Chester, North Wales, The Wirral, Merseyside, South Manchester and Cheshire.  Looking forward, the firm will continue to adopt a flexible approach to ease commutes and allow for a combination of office and home-based working. 

Working closely with the head of department, you will enjoy advising and acting on a diverse range of instructions across both civil and commercial disputes. Whilst managing your own cases and assisting on more complex disputes, you will develop excellent litigation and negotiation skills and benefit from supportive mentoring.  

Typical instructions undertaken include: 

•    Contract disputes
•    Commercial disputes
•    Debt Recovery
•    Boundary disputes,
•    Inheritance Act Claims
•    Probate and Will disputes
•    Landlord and Tenant disputes (both commercial and residential),
•    Agricultural disputes
•    Property disputes
•    Nuisance claims
•    Professional Negligence

The nature of the role requires solid experience of CPR and excellent communication skills.  This is very much a team-based environment with a friendly and supportive practice.
