Full time Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor required (preferably 5 years PQE or equivalent) to work in our Skelmersdale office.
Salary; Competitive.
We are a long-established firm based in West Lancashire and North Liverpool looking for a senior member of our property team.
The required candidate will manage an existing and expanding caseload and be experienced in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including, but not limited to, unregistered properties, leasehold flats & new builds. The required candidate will deal with each transaction from inception to completion. You will also be required to be proficient in client care procedures/anti money laundering regulations and have experience with use of a case management system.
