Corporate Lawyer - Leading professional services firm
Reading
One of the largest professional services outfits in the world, are recruiting a Corporate Lawyer for their legal group in Reading.
You will advise on mergers and acquisitions, primarily deal advice on both sides of a transaction, unwinding structures and implementation of tax advice.
You will be a corporate lawyer with at least 4 years PQE and a good range of experience in areas including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, funds, debt listings and intra-group financing arrangements.
Familiarity with partnership, trust, regulatory, banking and/or insolvency law would be helpful. Strong project management skills are a must.
