A UK Top 20 law firm with an outstanding reputation across all its services are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Tax Lawyer to join one of the leading tax teams in the country.

The firm are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Tax Lawyer to provide a range of services that will include standalone tax advice as well as adding value to a wide range of transactions by devising and implementing tax efficient structures. Implementation is critical for tax planning to work and the firm are renowned for the high-quality execution and service delivery.

The tax practice offers a full range of services from delivering discrete contentious tax matters, advising across corporate tax, international tax, private client and VAT. The team also works closely with its strong Private Client team, which concentrates on ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices and financial institutions.

The successful candidate will have a broad range of in-depth tax experience gained at a high level. You will have 5+ years PQE experience of working with tax experience that could include real estate tax; share schemes and ITEPA work; indirect acquisitions (e.g. REITs, JPUTs); taxation aspects of structured (asset and Islamic) finance and capital markets transactions; tax accounting and transfer pricing.
