Strong mid-tier firm in Leeds are looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its busy commercial property department.

Their team is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and service both regional and national clients across the development, local authority and retail and leisure sectors.

The role will include running teams for secured lending transactions (including liaising with the banking and construction teams) and also acting on behalf of a number of other clients including investors, developers and owner occupiers. To be considered, you must have 5+ years PQE in real estate finance gained at a reputable commercial firm.

Evidently it is a close market for real estate skills at the moment, but the USP for this firm in comparison to the larger national firms is really comparable quality of work, a greater level of client exposure, and also the expectation that you'll have a greater level of work/life balance than might be expected than some of the more commercial firms in the Leeds market - this practice has not lost its grasp of the importance of fostering a positive culture.
