The successful candidate will handle a demanding caseload of private family matters, whilst exceeding the firm’s high standards of client care and professionalism.

- Civil partnership
- Financial matters
- Private children matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes
- Undertaking own advocacy
- Drafting pleadings
- Use of case management systems
- Recording, billing and debt management
- Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in private family matters is essential
- Previous experience in advocacy and representing clients at court hearings is required
- Able to work on own initiative
- Has great attention to detail and excellent time management skills
