The firm is seeking an Employment Senior Associate to join their growing office in Lincoln.
You will join an established team to further develop the Employment offering. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class service to the existing client base and as well new clients.
You will handle a wide spectrum of employment advisory work to include restructures, absence management, discrimination allegations and grievance and disciplinary issues. The role also includes an exciting level of contentious work, with an even split between the two.
This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm is succession planning are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
