Commercial Paralegal
 
An experienced Commercial Paralegal, with at least six months commercial law experience gained in private practice or a commercial department, is required by a Berkshire law firm to support fee earners in their commercial department.
 
The Firm
A legal practice with a long history as a traditional law firm providing a full compliment of legal services to clients along the M4 corridor. The services include Dispute Resolution, Insolvency, Company Commercial, Corporate, Employment, Private Client, Commercial Property, Residential Property and Family Law.
 
The Role
The Commercial Paralegal will support fee earners with their case loads including opening and closing of files, file administration, drafting commercial documents, managing diaries, liaising with clients vis telephone and email.
 
The Candidate
An experienced Commercial Paralegal with a minimum six months commercial legal experience. Good commercial drafting skills and a law degree are required.
 
Salary dependent upon experience.
