Data Protection Solicitor

Data Protection Solicitor (NQ-4PQE) required for new role with highly-rated Leeds-based firm.

Our client's Data Protection team acts for a wide-ranging client base - from international businesses and large PLCs to local owner-managed businesses and individuals. The work will involve delivering data projects for clients including advice on data and privacy matters to new and existing clients, such as compliance programs, GDPR implementation support as well as other advisory work; assisting with data protection in a contractual/transactional context  for example cloud procurements and outsourcing agreements.

Our client is ideally looking to bring in a junior solicitor - either someone newly qualified or with up to 4PQE, with demonstrable experience of data protection. Your training and experience will ideally have been gained at a national or regional firm recognised for outsourcing and IT related matters.
