The Role The New Homes Conveyancer will be responsible for a case load with minimal supervision of residential conveyancing transactions. Predominately the conveyancing work will involve new build property transactions, title checking and transfers of ownership. The Candidate A conveyancer capable of running a case load with minimal supervision and must have new build conveyancing experience. Salary Circa £30,000 to £40,000
