The Role

They are seeking to hire a Civil Litigation Solicitor NQ-2 PQE into their well-established office based in Leicester.

You will have experience working in a Civil Litigation department and be able to demonstrate initiative when dealing with your own caseload and assisting the Partner and Senior Solicitors in the department.

You will deal with civil litigation, working on a variety of matters with responsibilities including issuing court proceedings, dealing with disclosure, drafting witness statements, instructing counsel to attend trial and preparing trial bundles and all documentation required by the court both pre and post-trial.
