OVERVIEW:

• This small and rural firm based in Leicestershire are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive on a locum basis to cover a partner’s caseload whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The firm have a small and friendly feel.
• The caseload is mainly Commercial Property, however there are some Residential Property files that will need to be covered. The candidate should ideally have experience within development agreements.
• The firm have a case management system so this role can be done from the office or remote, or a mixture of the two!
• You will be working directly with the Head of Department and another paralegal within the team
• There is secretarial support for this role and car parking on site.
• You will receive a generous hourly rate of £35 per hour+
• This role is outside IR35.
