The Role:

This is a standout opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded CoCo team in Preston.

You will handle a varied caseload that includes M&A, restructures, commercial contracts, and JV agreements. The variety and complexity of work will ensure you have a challenging caseload that allows you to develop your skill base.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 2 - 5 years PQE
• Experience advising SMEs, national companies, and public sector organisations
• Able to work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment
• Able to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
