The Role:

This is a standout opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked Employment team in Preston.

You will work closely alongside respected Partners on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters. The firm has an established client base of SMEs, national companies, and public sector organisations.

The firm has a loyal and well-established client base, but they are always looking to grow. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to undertake business development, which will allow you to build a reputation of your own.

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with 2 - 5 years PQE
• You will have experience acting for a range of employers, but applications may be considered from individuals with a claimant background
• Tribunal experience is highly desirable
• Able to work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment
• Able to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
