TSR Legal have recently been instructed by a leading Legal 500 Law Firm with offices across England and Wales who are seeking to appoint an NQ Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their Ross on Wye office due to continuous growth and development across the department and wider firm. The client base includes acting for major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers.

This firm offers an excellent working environment and a friendly and approachable culture. In the role you will assist with a range of Real Estate matters, including landlord and tenant, estate management, acquisitions and disposals and some real estate finance. You will also be expected to take a pro-active role in business development (both within the local and national team).

Applications are invited from candidates who have completed either a Banking & Finance or Commercial Property seat with experience of Real Estate Finance matters, coming from a strong regional, city or national practice and will have .
