Litigation Solicitor A truly outstanding opportunity for a 2 to 5 year PQE Litigation Solicitor to join a national, leading firm, in their London office to work upon a wide range of Commercial Disputes on either a full time or part time basis. The firm has adopted flexible working. The Firm An award winning, driven and dynamic market leading law firm employing over 500 staff across UK offices. This law firm are a firm of choice by many public bodies, and private companies across a wide range of disciplines such as housing, healthcare, regulatory, insurance, commercial, corporate and real estate. The Role The Litigation Solicitor role will involve helping with a wide range of commercial dispute resolution cases including contractual claims, procurement challenges, competition, contentious intellectual property, debt recovery, fraud recovery, reputation management and defamation. The team act for the full range of the firm's clients and pride themselves on providing a fantastic service to clients and maintaining excellent working relationships within the firm and outside. The Candidate A qualified Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE in commercial litigation and/or corporate/commercial projects is essential for this role. Excellent drafting skills, willingness to create and maintain templates and precedents, enjoys variety in their work, feels confident in managing external counsel and experts, will take early responsibility for handling the challenges of litigation/mediation/adjudication/arbitration/expert determinations, will work hard to meet financial targets and support business development activities including CSR, and who is happy to work independently and co-operatively. The successful candidate will be positive and flexible, able to prioritise work to meet deadlines, relish attention to detail, want to be part of a highly motivated and successful team, professional and approachable. The role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills and will require candidates to demonstrate the ability to build collegiate relationships internally and externally. Salary dependent upon experience.
