The Role

Property Lawyer to join regional heavyweight firm in Sidmouth

Working alongside the Head of Department in a team of 11 fee earners, the team operate across 6 offices collaboratively, fully supported in what they do by the wider business with Property continuing to be a key area of growth

You'll manage cases involving sales, purchases, shared ownership, equity release, re-mortgages and new builds, whilst being proactive in business development to further expand the remit of the team.

Joining at a senior level in the team, you will mentor and guide more junior colleagues whilst leading on the more complex cases.

The team has a reputation for outstanding service, drawing in much of the interesting work regionally, with the brand being a hallmark for quality.

As you thrive in the role, the opportunity will arise to secure an Associate and more senior role in the business

The Requirements

• 4+ years fee earning experience within residential property
• Mentoring and guidance of junior colleagues
• Networking and Business Development activities
