JOB TITLE: Plot Sales Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 2 years’ experience
LOCATION: Buckinghamshire
SALARY: £24,000 - £30,000 Dependant on Experience

THE ROLE:
The appointed Plot Sales Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to team of senior staff in plot sales and real estate matters, The successful candidate will be required to deal with exchange of contracts, completion of plot sales transfers and leases and dealing with ancillary documents (e.g. management company and service charge). Applicants must be confident in their ability to assist and deal with leasehold matters and deal with referral arrangements whilst having a strong awareness of compliance issues. The successful Plot Sales Paralegal will be expected to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals whilst seeking out and converting new business opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from experienced paralegals who possess strong conveyancing experience and are interested in gaining further exposure to plot sales. Prior experience of dealing with shared ownership leases, Housing Associations and Help to Buy is highly advantageous for this role. In order to be successful in this opportunity, applicants must possess good communication skills, be IT literate and have solid organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
