OVERVIEW:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm and handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters on behalf of claimants. Ideal Clinical Negligence Solicitors will have at least 3 years’ experience and have a strong track of handling your own caseload of clinical negligence matters. In addition to handling your own caseload you will also be expected to support the senior members of the team on more complex claims. The clinical negligence team of this Legal 500 practice are highly recommended for their services and boost a very strong reputation for providing the best possible service to their clients. The clinical negligence team cover a variety of claims including brain injury claims, birth injury claims, cancer misdiagnosis, cerebral palsy claims and surgery negligence claims to name but a few matters. Newly Qualified Solicitors who have previous significant experience working within clinical negligence as a paralegal / fee earner are encouraged to apply.
