Are you an experienced Commercial Lawyer looking to join a leading commercial firm in Maidstone, Kent?
Joining this specialist commercial department, your role will be to handle commercial contracts and other related matters. You'll be negotiating data processing agreements, advising clients on their data processing activities and dealing with subject access requests. In addition you will provide support to clients in the development of their data privacy procedures including drafting of internal and external facing policy documents and reviewing, drafting and negotiation of data processing and data sharing agreements.
You must be a qualified Commercial Solicitor with upwards of 3 years PQE. Solid commercial contracts and/or data protection experience is also essential. Experience of construction and IT contracts is desirable, but not essential.
