The Role

This firm is looking to hire a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate 4-7 PQE into their thriving West End, London office.

The firm has an established client base and is particularly popular with entrepreneurs and HNW individuals due to their location and established Lawyers.

The firm's property work is of exceptional quality, and they act for a wide range of clients. You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Property, advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales and commercial lease work.

The firm is particularly looking for someone with a background in development and secured lending and can help build up and develop the department through business development activities.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Senior Associate with 4-7 years PQE (England & Wales qualified)
• You will have excellent technical knowledge, good commercial awareness and have the ambition to want to progress
• You will be the type of candidate who can think commercially and spot business opportunities
• You will enjoy working as part of a modern, collegiate environment
