Are you actively seeking a new Real Estate opportunity?
The Role:
A Top 50 Law firm are currently looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor to their successful team in Birmingham. This national team provides a full range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of Commercial Property.
Your role will involve managing your own caseload of Real Estate cases, which may include a range of matters such as:
* Development Agreements and associated construction
* Planning & Site Disposal
* Funding Agreements
* Grant Assignment
* Lease Renewals
You will also assist others in the team with their caseloads, which may include Landlord & Tenant, Estate Management and Acquisitions & Disposals.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally with 5+ years PQE. You will have excellent IT and typing skills, as well as strong communication skills both verbally and written. Coming from a reputable Real Estate team, you will demonstrate a keen interest in Real Estate work and bring a solid foundation of Commercial Property experience.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively prioritise their caseload, meeting strict deadlines and targets both as part of a team and individually. You will have a flexible approach and be able to utilise initiative, complying with relevant policies, procedures and working in accordance with the company values.
