The firm is looking for an ambitious Residential Development Solicitor to join their highly regarded Real Estate team in Manchester.

You will join a high performing team with an impressive client base of private developers and national housebuilders across a broad range of development work.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Development Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE
• Individuals from a Real Estate background with an interest and exposure to Development work will also be considered
• Able to handle your own caseload whilst assisting senior fee earners
• Comfortable dealing with clients and building strong client relationships
• You will be able to work in a collaborative, close-knit team environment
