The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner into their West End, London office.

They have considerable expertise in leisure related property issues, in particular in the restaurant sector. Their experience includes acting for landlords and tenants in large scale developments, both retail and mixed use. You will deal with Development, Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals and Commercial Leases.

You will work alongside the firms other Partners and will be at the forefront of this growing department. You will deal with an excellent quality of work.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least seven years PQE
• You will have strong Commercial Property technical knowledge
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for someone who has hit a glass ceiling regarding progression
• You should have an excellent technical knowledge with an eye for detail.
