Your new role

• Researching information and communicate with clients and key stakeholders in person or by phone, letter or email.
• Taking instructions from clients and seeking to protect clients' interests which precautions against the potential risk and fraud, etc.
• Presenting terms of agreement and estimates of fees and disbursements
• Checking Land Registry documents or title deeds
• draft sales contracts and agreements with the conveyancer acting for the other party
• Checking support legal and financial documents
• Dealing with all financial aspects of a transaction
• Exchanging contracts and completing the transaction
• If the property is leasehold, obtain the landlord's agreement to the sale or the change of mortgage and deal with apportionment of rent and service charge

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or conveyancer
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Team player and approachable
• Strong problem solving skills and highly committed to your desk

What you'll get in return

Office base position, flexible with locum or perm, salary is open to negotiate depends on experience
