The Role

The firm is actively seeking a Corporate Associate to add to their large and established Corporate team in Derby. The firm offer a level of remote working for candidates based outside the area.

You will join a friendly, professional, and highly regarded team, surrounded by leading individuals. The corporate team have expertise in a hugely diverse range of sectors, and the work is of an exceptionally high level.

You will take a hands-on role in the team and the vision for this hire offers genuine progression for the right individual. The work will be varied and will include Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures, Commercial banking and Shareholder agreements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years PQE in Corporate law
• A savvy and highly professional approach
