Legal / Conveyancing Operations & Project Lead – (Conveyancing) – Swansea

A well-established firm in Swansea with a national presence now have a brand new opportunity to appoint a Legal Operations and Project Lead to work alongside the Legal Director.

The firm offer specialist conveyancing services nationwide and have an excellent reputation for their quality of service. A background within law or service industries would be advantageous but not essential.

The main duties will include:

• Ensuring delivery of a consistently first-class service to customers
• Maintaining existing systems whilst being able to identify any changes needed to the current working processes & policies
• Project management – ranging from pricing to training & development and offering on going support
• Analysing business metrics to ensure business goals and objectives are being met

The company have adapted their way of working recently with future plans to continue with new innovative working practices. There is option to work remotely and / or in the offices as and when required.

Key responsibilities:

• Project management – ideally gained within legal or professional services
• Workload allocation, performance management & training
• Management reporting
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to assess performance and work flow efficiency
• Systems maintenance

Key skills:

• Pragmatic and practical
• Experience of working within a fast-paced demanding environment
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships with key contacts
• Confident, driven and goal orientated
