Job Details
You'll be dealing with contract disputes such as supply and procurement contracts, competition claims and intellectual property disputes. The claims will often be high value and complex in nature. The firm acts for an array of well-known national clients across the private and public sector.
As well as handling a varied and challenging caseload for prestigious, high profile clients, you will also have the opportunity to progress your career and develop skills in areas such as management and business development.
Ideally, your skills and experience should include:
- 2+ years pqe
- Dealing with a range of commercial litigation matters
- The ability to run a caseload with minimal supervision
- Experience of mediation/ADR would be helpful but is not essential
