We are delighted to be working on behalf of our client, a highly reputable law firm who is keen to appoint a formidable Housing Disrepair Lawyer into their Newcastle upon Tyne city centre office, or, as a totally remote based working role and therefore open to various locations. If are a dynamic Housing Disrepair Lawyer with between 1-5 years of solid housing disrepair experience in need of a positive and impactful career change then this role could prove ideal!

This role is an expansion role to work with a Partner in direct response to the recent demand our client has seen therefore, this is a great opportunity for someone with Housing Disrepair experience to play a fundamental part in building and developing a growing department.

The Role
* You will be welcomed into a progressive and modern practice, whom, having had considerable success practising across many legal disciplines are keen to provide a larger offering to claimant housing disrepair clients.

* You will play an integral part working alongside a Partner, imparting your strong technical knowledge and experience.

* Working on behalf of tenant clients, you will be proactive and methodical in ensuring housing disrepair claims are seamlessly and efficiently managed end to end.

The Ideal Candidate
* This opportunity comes with much flexibility in terms of your level of fee earning experience, it is envisaged you will have between 1-5 years demonstrable experience within a similar role. However, applications will happily be considered from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, and non-qualified fee earners. The essential requirement is upwards of one years' experience running your own housing disrepair claims.

* Additionally, it would be advantageous if you are based within the Newcastle upon Tyne area, however, if you are the ideal candidate with the ability and confidence to work remotely, then this opportunity can be a totally remote opportunity so your application will be considered regardless of your geography within the UK.

* As you will be working on behalf of tenants, it is preferable that your experience is on the claimant side, however, candidates with a defendant only background will be warmly considered for this excellent opportunity.
