Job Details

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading national law firm based in their Nottingham office.

Our client is seeking an experienced Court of Protection solicitor to handle a varied caseload of complex Court of Protection matters relating to deprivation of liberty, welfare disputes and complex medical treatment cases primarily for the NHS but there may be an opportunity to work for independent health and social care bodies and local authorities.

The is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest teams in the country, undertaking complex COP matters whilst playing an active role in business development for the team and wider firm, meaning you will have the chance to build new relationships through networking and other marketing activities.

This is a forward-thinking practice, embracing flexible and remote working so you can expect to spend a large part of your week working from home if preferred.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with an ambitious individual, a keen eye for detail and always ready for the next challenge. Ideally the firm envisages the successful candidate to be around 3+ years PQE, however those who are perhaps less experienced are still encouraged to apply, so long as the relevant technical skills and enthusiasm can be demonstrated.

To hear more about this Court of Protection opportunity please get in touch with Jonny Weare on 0113 245 3338.
