Conveyancer

I am working on behalf of a Residential Property Group based in Surrey (easily accessible via the M25) who are seeking a Conveyancer.

Working alongside a team of Solicitors and fellow conveyancers you will assist with the growing workload.

This role will ideally suit someone who has a couple of years of experience in residential conveyancing, who is looking for more exposure and training.

THE ROLE:

- Managing plot files and deal with correspondence and enquiries.

- Collate and upload documents provided by the Solicitor.

- Prepare completion statements, ensure monies are received and that documents are correctly executed.

- After completion of sales, maintain appropriate records.

THE SKILLSET:

- Property law qualification (licensed conveyancer, ILEX or similar)

- Sound knowledge of the legal, administrative and financial matters involved in a property transaction.

- Substantial work experience within either the property department of a law firm or the legal department of a residential house builder.
