Well qualified and experienced fee earner required to join the Firm’s well-established property department on a full-time basis.
- At least 10 years relevant PQE and a solid residential property background
- The ability to supervision, lead and mentor a team
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills are essential
- Proficient IT skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems
- The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a comprehensive caseload of property matters including sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties including flats and shared ownership, equity release mortgages and re-mortgages, 1st registrations and new builds
- A proactive approach to business development, with the opportunity to work with the partners in developing and marketing the services offered by the practice
