A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established firm in Leeds. Our client is independently rated by The Legal 500 and Chambers Directory as the leading provider of legal services to the health and social care sector and in the field of professional discipline.
Working closely with the partners and solicitors of the corporate team, our client is looking for a junior solicitor with a good background of corporate experience to work on corporate transactional and advisory work.
You will be responsible for your own varied caseload of corporate matters such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate reorganisations, and corporate authorisations.
The successful candidate will have 1+ years PQE however this is given as a guideline and those who fall outside of this bracket are still encouraged to apply.
