Department: Landlord and Tenant   

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for either a Solicitor or a Legal Executive to join our leading law firm located in Brighton and Hove.

Summary:-

An opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience within Landlord and Tenant has arisen to join our Landlord and Tenant and property litigation team. 

This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the team in our Hove office and acting for our national client base. You will be responsible for running your own case load and reporting to the partners in the team. The work will include being able to advise on long leasehold matters and tenancy issues including residential and business tenancies; drafting notices; conducting possession claims and advising on statutory matters affecting all areas of leasehold law.

The opportunity to work alongside leaders in their field will make this a good career move for the successful candidate. They will have the opportunity be expand their legal knowledge in this area and develop invaluable skills.

The ideal candidate will either be a Solicitor or Legal Executive and demonstrable previous experience in this area of work is essential.

You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic and work well under pressure and well with others. You will have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.
