The Role

This firm are looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their team on a remote basis - part time (flexible on working days).

The firm is based in the South West (Wiltshire) but this role is offered remotely - there may be the occasional requirement to attend the office for meetings/training, but this is by no means regular or frequent.

The team deals with a broad spectrum of corporate commercial work, this includes:

• Sales and purchases
• Joint ventures
• Commercial contracts work
• Agency agreements and terms & conditions
• Mergers and Acquisitions

In this role you will be working closely alongside the managing partner of the practice, assisting in growing the team and practice. You will be joining a busy team, who are looking to recruit in line with their plans of expansion.
