The Role

The firm are looking for Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their busy city centre department in Manchester.

You will join a well-established team that is going through organic growth due to the success of the Real Estate Finance department, a leading key area of the firm.

You will assist on a broad caseload of all types commercial property finance including secured lending, bridging finance and complex transactions all of which are on the lender side.

You will be a team player with strong communication skills; combined with a friendly and professional approach to work and will be adept at working to targets within a busy team.

Requirements

• You will ideally have at 6 months experience within Property Finance matters
• You will have a good commercial awareness
• Strong drafting skills
• A meticulous eye for detail

Remuneration

• Salary is competitive around market rate, which will be dependent on experience
