An opportunity with a well-established firm in the East Midlands who is looking to hire a Locum Solicitor with commercial property experience to assist their busy team for a month initially, with likely extension.
The successful candidate joining a dedicated and ambitious team and you will take over an established commercial property caseload. It will touch upon leasehold and freehold acquisitions, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting, surrendering leases, and acquisition and setting up of residential development sites.
In order to be considered for this position you must be a qualified Solicitor capable of handling a complex commercial property or real estate caseload.
