Junior RTA Fee Earner | North Manchester
A fantastic opportunity to join a growing law firm based in North Manchester who are looking for a junior fee earner join the practice. This recruit will see you carry your own caseload from instruction through to settlement, whilst working in a busy team of specialists.
What they're looking for:
* Demonstrable experience running own RTA Portal caseload
* Experience of dealing with stages 1 to 3 of the portal
* Accurately assessing and valuing personal injury claims, including general and special damages, ensuring the right outcome is obtained for our customers.
* Drafting schedules of loss and court documents
* Knowledge of Proclaim case management system
* Tenacious & enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to utilise the same to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients
