Your new role
Reporting into the General Counsel, this is a corporate role focused on helping the business continue its excellent growth through organic progress and continued acquisitions. Working closely with the business, you will work on acquisitive transactions, joint ventures and varied commercial contracts negotiations. Additionally, you will support on a variety of data privacy, intellectual property and regulatory matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be UK qualified lawyer with at least 2 PQE (as a guide) and have strong corporate training and subsequent corporate transactional experience from a reputable City or national firm. Later In-house experience will be a bonus but not a prerequisite. You must have demonstrable corporate M&A experience and be able to run with transactions. Candidates must be able to manage stakeholders at all levels.
