The Role:

You will join a highly regarded Legal 500 Private Client team as a Senior Associate in the firm's Preston office.

The team undertakes a broad range of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, IHT planning, and LPoA. Their client base is equally diverse, which is made up of HNW and UHNW individuals, financial advisors, and accountants.

As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with the Partners to assist with strategic decision making whilst mentoring and supervising junior team members.

You should ideally be STEP qualified, or working towards it.

Requirements:

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to PQE)
• Comfortable dealing with clients and developing business
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst taking your own initiative
• Able to support and mentor junior team members
• Be a member of STEP or working towards this
