JOB TITLE: Property Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 12 months’ experience required
LOCATION: Devon
SALARY: Up to £24,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
A thriving and busy firm in Devon have an excellent opportunity for a Property Paralegal to join their busy property team. The successful Property Paralegal will be responsible for handling a caseload with assistance and assisting the department where required. The team enjoy a good volume of middle to high-end work and have a strong reputation across the full range of residential property work. The team are members of the Quality Conveyancing Scheme and offer good support and progression opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE:
Property Paralegals with at least 12 months’ experience of handling residential conveyancing work in either a legal secretary or paralegal capacity are encouraged to apply. You must be confident in your ability to effectively run a busy caseload and have a commitment to providing a high-quality service to the firm’s clients. Applications are sought from individuals who have good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also be enthusiastic towards business development.
