The Role

This firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor into their office in Luton

This dynamic department has performed exceptionally in recent years leading to an increase in instructions.

Whilst you will be expected to manage your own caseload, this role will also involve mentorship, meanwhile being involved in expanding the offering through business development, networking and working alongside other departments.

Your caseload will be dependent on your experience but will be varied to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Commercial leases
• Property development

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 5 PQE+
• No upper limit on PQE
• Ability to handle own caseload
• Leadership qualities
