NEW BUILD RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER (1+PQE) - LEGAL 500 FIRM - KENT
RESIDENTIAL SOLICITOR (1+PQE) - specialising in New Builds
You will be working in the head office of a regional, leading legal 500, multi office firm acting for house builders and individual purchasers of new build homes
Running your own plot sales and plot purchase caseload from reservation to completion, handling all aspects of the conveyancing sales and purchase process
To manage the transactions pro-actively through to exchange and completion while ensuring exceptional levels of client care.
You will be joining a very successful, talented team who provide a very supportive and friendly working environment. You will be able to use your skills and further develop your expertise with this firm.
