This firm is seeking to hire a new Employment Solicitor into their office in Luton
This dynamic department has performed exceptionally in recent years leading to an increase in instructions.
Whilst you will be expected to manage your own caseload, this role will also involve mentorship, meanwhile being involved in expanding the offering through business development, networking and working alongside other departments.
Your caseload will be dependent on your experience but will be varied to include:
- Employment Disputes and Tribunals
- Settlements Contracts and Handbooks
- Restrictive Covenants
- Business Restructuring
- Unfair Dismissal and Disciplinaries
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with 5 PQE+
- No upper limit on PQE
- Ability to handle own caseload
- Leadership qualities
- Salary is negotiable, depending on your level of experience
