We are working with an award winning leading regional law firm, which offers a full service to a wide and diverse range of clients.

With a strong presence throughout the Midlands our client has a number of offices in towns and cities providing second to none legal services.

At the helm of each department our client employs Team Leaders to ensure excellent client care and team work.  Promoting a meritocratic environment each lawyer is enabled to work at their own pace and develop their career in the direction they choose, supported by their immediate Team Leaders and an incredibly supportive and encouraging Employment HR Business Partner.

Currently our client is looking to appoint a Team Leader for one of its litigation teams – with a primary focus on overseeing Contentious Probate, COP and Property Litigation.

The Successful Candidate:

The successful candidate for this Team Leader role will be able to offer the following.

  • 8 years PQE within Contentious Probate Law
  • UK qualified solicitor
  • Strong academics
  • Delegation and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication skills for both clients and colleagues
  • Strong BD skills with the hunger to win new clients and build relations with referrers

Self-motivated and able to drive a small team
