Conveyancing Expert - Solicitor - Licensed Conveyancer - CILEX

WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXCEPTIONAL CONVEYANCERS WANTING TO MOVE AWAY FROM TRADITIONAL FEE-EARNING

We are primarily looking for Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with extensive conveyancing experience and the ability to deal with the technical elements of checking all types of property titles in residential conveyancing - freehold, leasehold, new builds, registered, unregistered, new leases.

This is a technical/ title-checking role with no direct client (homebuyer) contact and will include assisting with training and management of junior staff and signing off their work.

This position is a long-term role with great prospects for the future, possibly leading to equity/ shares.

We operate remotely and have cloud-based systems, so you must be technically competent and familiar with Microsoft computer applications with minimal assistance, be able to complete your own typing and be confident enough to work relatively unsupervised on a day to day basis.

Working hours: Flexible hours to suit on either a full time or part-time basis (maximum of 37.5 per week)
