Property Dispute Solicitor/Fee Earner (2 years' PQE or equivalent)

Location: Work from home or office based according to preference 

Nicholson Jones Sutton Solicitors are looking for an experienced Solicitor with a proven track record of handling of property disputes to join their property department. In particular experience of Boundary Disputes is required. Experience of Japanese Knotweed nuisance claims preferable but not essential.

The role requires a confident and experienced individual that has at least 2 years experience in this area of work. Legal qualification preferred but not essential as will consider equivalent experience

Based at our Macclesfield offices with the ability to work from home, the role is full time and offers a competitive salary.

 

Job Details

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced property dispute solicitor to join our expanding Property department.

The successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience – 

  • Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years property dispute experience
  • Excellent client care
  • Good IT skills / confidence in using a case management system
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
